Founder and MD

Nathan Ergonul is a seasoned executive with over 22 years of global experience across technical, commercial, and senior leadership roles in the chemicals and energy sectors. As Managing Director of NexPoint Solutions, he delivers expert consulting to drive market entry, business optimization, and revenue growth for clients navigating complex international markets.

Nathan’s career highlights include serving as CEO of ART Hydroprocessing, a joint venture between Chevron and W.R. Grace, where he led a transformative turnaround, achieving significant volume growth and revitalizing business performance. At W.R. Grace, he held senior commercial leadership roles, driving global sales and marketing strategies that delivered robust revenue growth and established market leadership.

With a foundation in engineering from Total’s Lindsey Oil Refinery in the UK and a proven track record in P&L management, Nathan seamlessly blends technical expertise with strategic commercial leadership. His career spans the Americas, Europe and the Middle East, enabling him to navigate diverse markets and cultural landscapes effectively.

Nathan is passionate about integrating emerging technologies such as AI and sustainable development into business strategies, helping organizations achieve long-term success in a rapidly evolving world.

A Chartered Engineer and lifelong learner, Nathan holds a Bachelor of Engineering and an Executive MBA.
